123racing Launches in the U.S.

Exciting New Wager Available Beginning October 10^th

October 13, 2009 – Racingworld Technology Ltd. (RWT) announced today that it is successfully launched its new 123racing pari-mutuel wager for the first time in the U.S. on Saturday October 10, 2009 on Philadelphia Park ’s races 4 – 9.

A $2 base bet entitles the bettor to one pick in each designated race, after which they are awarded points for selecting the first, second and third place finishers. 
As bettors accumulate points they are ranked on a dynamic leaderboard, in essence competing against one another as they vie for the top leaderboard spot and a share of the pari-mutuel pool.

While providing the added interest of competing on the 123racing leaderboard, the points system also offers benefits to those new to pari-mutuel wagering or those intimidated by a traditional pick six because a bettor is not shut out if his or her picks don’t win in early races.   In fact, because points are awarded based on the win, place and show payouts, a player can easily come from behind to move up the leaderboard.  Plus, there is always a winner in 123racing, with the top three points scorers taking a share of the pool at the conclusion of the event. It combines the key element and excitement of fantasy sports with live horse racing.

Scientific Games Racing signs exclusive licence agreement with 123racing™

Scientific Games Racing, LLC (SGR), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientific Games [NASDAQ:SGMS] has signed an exclusive licensing and distribution agreement with Racingworld Technology Limited (RWT) to develop and offer the 123racing™ bet through its BetJet™ terminals and Trackplay Internet wagering websites in North
America.

The 123racing bet type was developed by Racingworld Technology, initially as a racetrack promotional game. To play 123racing, the bettor simply picks a horse in each of a set number of races and scores points based on the win, place and show returns. Players follow their progress on the 123racing leaderboard and those with the most points at the end of the set number of races share in the 123racing pari-mutuel pool.

Racingworld Technology has already deployed the 123racing bet type in North America as a free play handicapping contest which is currently available through the Monmouth Park, Meadowlands and Woodbine Entertainment websites.

SGR will introduce the first pay-to-play, racetrack-based 123racing handicapping contest at Emerald Downs for a limited time only, July 24th through the 26th. Participants will pay $25 to enter the 123racing handicapping contest and will compete for a share of the
123Racing pool on six consecutive Emerald Downs races.

Beginning in the first part of 2009, 123racing will be available at participating SGR customer racetracks with BetJet terminals and online through SGR’s Trackplay™ Internet wagering platform as a pure pari-mutuel wagering pool with a $2 bet minimum.
